Guinea Pig problem

My 11/2 year old male guinea pig has been peeing blood for the past two days, but does not seem to be in pain.  He seems to be acting completely normal, but I'm still worried about him.  I am a college student with very little money so I would like to avoid seeing a vet if this is possible.  Is there anything I can do for him?"

Meagan I don't do guinea pigs. There are other categories you can post to for information about them and to ask questions, or you can ask one of the vets.

I have read somewhere about guineas and kidney issues but I really don't have the expertise you need.

There are a lot of forums online where you can ask questions about guineas also.
So please do that before you call the vet but in the end you might have to.

Pet shops that sell guineas are always a good resource also.
