My cat don't eat for a week and I feed her with a syringe every day .
She has yellow color in her mouth on the roof and yellow on the skin inside the ears.
Does she has jaundice or hepatitis?

Your cat is very, very ill. Cats that don't eat for more than 3 days are at very high risk of developing hepatic lipidosis, which is fatty liver disease. This is very serious and can be fatal.

Please you have to get your cat into the vet's immediately!! Call first thing in the morning and get her in to see your vet. If there is a chance to save her the vet will do blood work, put her on IVs right away and do what he can.

I don't know what made her stop eating but she needed to see the vet the second day that she stopped.

Don't wait another day, get her into a vet's right away. If your vet takes his own patients as emergencies then you should call him/her tonight and try to get her in. She is in dire need of emergency care right now.
