Something that is wrong with my dog

I dont have access to a car right now but there is something wrong with my dog. He cannot walk for some reason and he is shaking (like as if he was cold). I dont kno whats wrong please help!

Hi Andy!  I am unsure of your pet's age, but with the symptoms you have told me, I would assume that he has either eaten or gotten into something toxic or that this is some sort of back injury.  Something serious is definitely going on.  This is something that definitely requires a vet visit ASAP.  Call a cab if you have to, or call friends to see if they will do you the favor of taking you to the vet.  Your baby definitely needs to be seen right away!  I wish I lived close by, I could give you a lift!
