Answer
Oh Marie, what a wonderful gift!  I am so pleased to hear she has offered you so much fun!  I'll bet she is such a little cutie pie!
4 weeks of age is a bit young to be away from her mother.  Generally, dogs are still feeding from their mother at this age, and should not be in a "human" home until the age of 8-12 weeks.
If she has been eating dog food, the diarrhea is probably caused by the harshness of this food on her GI track, when all she has eaten prior is her mother's milk.  The stress of a new home also can cause diarrhea.
Taking her to your veterinarian would prove to be beneficial.  Not only to give her a clean bill of health, but to maybe get something to relax her tummy a bit.  You may also want to obtain some special, gentle puppy food from your veterinarian that will be easy for her tiny system to digest.
Please let me know how she does, and give her tons of get well kisses for me!
