Cat very sick

Question
We own a cat that is 12 yrs old. Over the period of about 3 weeks she has become very ill. Runny eyes and mouth. Lots of discharge in ears(the vet says it seems to be a lot of wax) Her skin seems to be peeling and losing clumps of hair. Also, self picking and removing lots of hair from hind legs, base of tail and lower abdomen. Has had complete blood and urine that all came back normal. Has has X-Ray that showed no signs of stones. Has has normal temperature. Paws seem to be very sensitive, does not want to walk on them. Paws and nose has also peeled. Lots of flaking skin under chin and neck region. Changed food to hyoalergenic food about 2 weeks ago...seems to not have made a diiference as of yet. Also experiencing abnormal urination, outside the box and when handled. A very sad Kitty. I know alot of the signs are contributed to stress, but I am wondering if she is having a severe allergic reaction to something that would require some sort of medication. She has always been a healthy cat. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated as even her vet seems to be puzzled. She has been put on steroids for the picking of fur, but I feel she needs something that can treat her other skin issues. She is eating, drinking, pooping and peeing. At a loss as to what to try next, Hope you have some advice for us. Not ready to lose her yet. Thanks

Answer
Oh Jenny, I am so sorry for you and your little one!  yes, glad you have a very good vet that has worked hard for you two...
Let's see if we can try some natural choices for this cat kid..
All the products, that I recommend, have been very successful on many of my canine and feline clients.
All are safe and low cost, too.

This has a 30 Day money back guarantee:
First- Please join Nature's Sunshine - You can get a free membership and purchase at " member prices" rather than retail.

The first item is Silver Shield - She needs two teaspoons per day - this is a natural antibiotic and good for the humans too.

Next, I would like to see her on a probiotic each day - for the rest of her life.  This is good for you too... Great to control possible yeast bacterias.
Give her 2 per day ( open the capsule and mix into wet food)

If you order, in the morning, you will have your products in 2-3 days. They ship very fast!

Next company - Offers a 60 day MONEY back guarantee:  NuVET Plus feline formula.  This is an immune system booster - I bet this will help her a bunch!!!!  Again, if it doesn't just ask for your money back.  Many of my clients have great success on this formula.
It costs about .55 cents per day.
You may be able to go off the steroids, down the road....( who knows, give it a try)

Give her just 1/2 the dosage for the first week and then go to the complete dosage.  This is a powder you mix into the wet cat food 1 x per day.
Here is the ordering link
You are looking for NuVET feline Formula
They sell a 30 count and a 60 count.

I sure hope my suggestions help your little one.
I bet she has developed environmental allergies and possible overgrowth of yeast?
This is just a guess on my part.  Seems like your vet has done a great job trying to figure this puzzle out!

Let me know how she is in a few weeks.
