Question
Hi,

At what age is a dog considered a "senior" dog and ready for "senior" dog food?  I have a Boston Terrier who's 8 years old.  Please advise.

Thanks,
Russ

Answer
Senior food is good for any dog except pupppies.  It is more digestible and is fortified with more vitamins and minerals that older dogs tend to need.  So your dog can eat a senior diet now.  Any dog 8 years or older can be a candidate for this type of food.
