Cat - Fat Free Half & Half Milk

Question
My cat "Halo" is a healthy 5 year old and loves fat free half & half milk.  When I put it in my coffee every morning she waits for her splash in her cup.  I gave it to her every day for about 4 years now.  My cat groomer just told me it is not good for cats and can affect their liver. She said only give it to her once in awhile as a treat. I feel guilty and she misses it. Is it harmful to her?

It is fine to feed the cream to her as long as she does not get diarrhea (a few cats are lactose intolerent). Actually the best food to feed her is fresh, raw meat and pureed vegetables!!!
