Question
I have an american pitbull terrior who's about 2 years old. Usually he's REALLY active but here lately he's moving real slow his eyelids are bloodshot along with his eyes, his inner ear is pink and he's also pink all over. He's not walking on his right hind leg at all. His stool has shape but a little runny, and we have checked all over for any bites or infections. We took him to a vet yesterday and they did all kinds of test and they had no idea what was wrong with him. If you know of anything it would be awesome thank you

Answer
Nick,
I understand your concern but without knowing what his blood work showed or what the vet said I can only guess in the dark here.

The first major clue that is wrong is his leg. He must have ruptured his ACL or sprained it pretty bad to not be walking on it at all. A dog in pain will could have what we call "injected" eyes, meaning bloodshot all over. It is usually a sign of infection or overwhelming inflammation in the body.
I think a ruptured ACL would qualify for that. He could have an infection that blood work isn't picking up yet or he could be coming down with a virus like parvo.

I really haven't a clue other than for you to ask about the above things and go from there. You could put him on some boiled rice and boiled ground turkey for a few days to see if maybe his stomach is bothering him and if that helps it. Some times we gave a dog a barium swallow to do digestive xrays and the dog would get better from it. It really cleans out the gut. So ask your vet about giving him some kaopectate at home, which is a clay based liquid used for diarrhea in people.

Sometimes if the pain in the gut is bad enough a dog won't use the leg closest to the stomach, but that is really a stretch.

I am sorry I cannot provide more information but I would need lab results etc. There are some vets on this board and you might want to re-post your question to one of them. Make sure they are a vet before you ask however.
Please let me know what you find out and how he is doing in a few days ok?
take care,
Jana
