peeing for many reasons

We just got a Tibetan terrier (LUCY) 6 weeks ago. She will be 3 in Oct.She lived in a home with 3 big dogs, Now she is a only pet. Lucy pees when u call her but not all the time, when would speak rough, when you come home even if you don't acknowledge her. She is a wonderful dog. We have crated/treat trained her and take her for walks and play ball with her. She is housebroken and she listens well but she is true to her breed as in she won't do something unless it benefits her. We put her water up at night and have built her confident by telling her she a good dog and with play.She will begin obedience training in mid Sept. My question is there any thing we can do for her? We feed her nutro dog food. The reason we have her is because of her peeing. This is her 4th home we would like it to be her last, but she has ruined our carpet. Any help would be appreciated.

Please take her to the vet - Tell them she need some DES - she has a hormone problem and that's why she pees.
This hormone will stop most of the pee problem.  DES is given 2 x per week for a lifetime...
