I think my dogs stomach flipped over.

Hi I need some signs and symptoms of the stomach flipping over in a dog. My dog has been kinda lethargic lately and the stomach area seems more bloated than usual. I know she's not pregnant (spayed). Help?

If your dog's stomach had flipped over she would have been dead before you could have hit the send button on this question.
Gastric Torsion, as it is called, is extremely serious and a HUGE medical emergency.Most dogs don't survive even with an emergency surgery which is required for them to live.
If your dog is bloated she needs to be seen by a vet. She might have some liver problems and is collecting fluid in her belly from that.
Is she on Heartworm prevention? You need to have her evaluated for some things and tested for heartworms if she isn't on prevention.
