unwell foxie pup

Born 7th Feb 09 hes smaller than other two pups, he has had a runny nose for approx 3 days, mum cleans it for him, he is still feeding and toileting, he's in a box with his siblings to stay warm we have had a few cool nights, his chest appears clear it's just in his nasal passage, he has tried meat approx 4 days ago they all showed little interest, unsure why he's unwell other two are fine, what should I do for him?

I would be worried about his nose running at this age. Is the mom vaccinated for distemper? Any puppy not eating or weaker than the rest should be supplemented with puppy milk and seen by a vet.

Meat is not what you should feed these puppies at this age, but a well balanced puppy growth food such as Science Diet. And they are too young still for even that. 5 weeks is when you start to wean puppies.
So wait another week and start putting out wetted puppy growth or mix canned with the dry and let it sit for a few minutes to soften it.
Don't use puppy chow as it has milk in it and dogs are lactose intolerant after they are weaned and especially for cows milk.
