Question

What diseases (that there is a vaccine for) can an indoor, unvaccinated cat get
from an outdoor/indoor cat that IS vaccinated?

Answer
Vaccines do not completely shield cats from being exposed to and becoming carriers of viruses, but instead help make sure that when exposed they do not become significantly ill.  Therefore the vaccinated cat could still be a carrier for disease.  There is not evidence that cats can be true rabies carriers without symptoms, however this being a very serious disease I would still recommend vaccination in addition to distemper and leukemia where silent carrier states are very common.
