is it my dogs heart?

I live on a golf course and my dog LOVES to chase the golf carts and come running right back. He did this all summer over and over again. About a month ago i noticed he stopped doing it as often and when he does he comes back all disoriented, wobbly, he then falls over and cries at the top of his lungs he is also breathing heavy and sometimes will pee or poop on himself. It lasts about 2-3 min then he gets up and is fine. He is either a lhasa apso or a shih tzu i think he is 10-13 yrs old I am not sure as I rescued him 2 yrs ago I am currently unemployed as i lost my job so i can not afford to go to a vet can you please help i am soo worried!

Hello Krista:  Your dog may be having seizures.  A vet can give some medication to lessen or stop the seizures.  Can you call around and see if they will allow you to make payments?
Some vets will work with you on payments.

Just ask, you never know unless you ask them.
