Rabies Vaccine Reaction

Hi Susan,

I recently had my 11 year old Bichon vaccinated for Rabies only.  She has suffered a reaction, been lethargic, not eating for the last 7 days.  The shot was given 10 days ago.  I took her back to the vet and they injected a steroid to help her feel better they said.  The day it was administered, she seemed somewhat better however not by much.  This is the 2nd day after that steroid shot and she is back to being lethargic.  Any suggestions to help her feel better would be greatly appreciated.  Is there anything I can give her to help her counteract this shot.  This is the 2nd reaction to vaccines this dog has had.  She will take no more vaccines.

Dear Janet,
Sorry to hear about the reaction.  They are not uncommon, which is why I'm glad to hear that you will no longer be getting them...not just Rabies...NONE WHATSOEVER! They are unnecessary and dangerous (and your vet is well aware of this, by the way).

If you have a health food store near you that has homeopathy available, go and get 2 things, 1) Thuja  or a homeopathic complex for vaccinations, and 2) a detox formula. These should clear her right up.
