glaucoma in dog supplements to help

My dog was recently diagnosed with glaucoma.  He takes 1 baby aspirin twice a day for any pain he may have.
I've also read some things about gingko and I understand u can't give both at the same time... So which do you think is more beneficial..the gingko or aspirin?
