Allergies, Hot Spots english mastiff; english mastiff yeast rashes;

I have an English Mastiff Male, he is 17 months old and weighs in at 155 lbs. I feed him Pedigree for Large Breed Dogs, he also LOVES fruits and veggies as snacks, bananas being his favorite...you cant open a banana in front of him without him thinking it should be for him. Since warm weather has started coming around he has been digging at himself so bad that his skin is enflamed, he has scabs all over and is losing his hair. We treat him with Frontline Plus and bathe him in medicated shampoo, which relieves the irritation for a week or so but not permanently. When we brush him you can see the dry scalp flakes fly off of him.

Glad he likes Bananas, not a problem with 1 per day... ( dogs do need meat more than anything else but a banana is fine)
Here are some things for you to do:
