Can I feed my freshwater fish, such as Plecostomas, seaweed such as Nori on a veggie clip?

Thank you for your questions. Yes, you can feed a Pecto nori seaweed. They also like zucchini. You don't have to clip it to anything. Just put it in the water, then remove anything not eaten.
My old plecto used to pick up a whole zucchini on his sucker and swim around with it. He really enjoyed it. He didn't go for lettuce. Carrots were too hard. That plecto was my favorite fish, ever. What a character.
He was completely vegetarian, he did not eat fish food. He only ate spirullina tablets. They make two kinds that don't have any animal products. Check the labels at your aquarium supply shop. Some spirullina pellets contain fish meal.
Anyway, just be careful not to over feed, since it can pollute the water. Here is my page on wholistic aquarium care:
