pop-out eye

One of my mollies looks as if her eye has "popped" out of the socket and a large bubble has formed and it's all red. What could this be? Can I fix it?

Hey :)

My fish once had there eyes popping out and all i did was turn the air filter, which makes the water go around. Normal its because there it to much air in the water and u need to leave it still for awhile.
