Chris,, I have a tank set up now for about 3months or more, approx, 30 litres, ph is fine,,, 4 fish, my water is , and has turned green,,, i have changed filter pads, taken 1/3rd water out , put new water in,, but I still cant get the water clear. Can you please help?

The only suggestions I really have are what's listed on the site at the web link I gave you. Some people use algae killing chemicals but it can be risky. Killing an abundance of algae can pollute the tank and kill the fish. The chemicals are not healthy to use either so it's best to avoid them if you can anyway. Read the whole article at the link so you can see what the possible causes and possible "cures" are. Sometimes the only thing to do is actually.... nothing. The tank needs to balance on it's own because water changes make it worse. Whatever is in the new water is "feeding" the suspended algae. Here is the one I gave before and a couple of others.
