Answer
Hi Iala,
It's very simple. Just get a brine shrimp hatching kit at your local petstore or make your own. You can find brine shrimp egg packets at most petstores. They are very easy to raise. Just use a soda bottle (very well rinsed) and put some dechlorinated water and an airstone and keep it warm with the eggs inside. Within a day or two the brine shrimp will hatch. Use airline tubing to siphon out the brine shrimp (start the siphon by running water through it from your facet and pluggin one end..then put the free end in the brine shrimp container and release the other end to let the water free and start the siphon going. Make sure you run in through a brine shrimp net and rinse them in some freshwater  (preferably tank water) by dipping the net full of brine shrimp into a cup of tank water then shake the brine shrimp loose into the baby tank. You know when the baby brine shrimp are eating because their bellies turn orange from the brine shrimp. Feed the babies several times a day and do daily 50% or larger water changes, making sure to remove any dead babies and leftover food. Using airline tubing is best and draining the water into a white container is ideal for spotting any accidents (siphoned fry).

After a while, baby angels can eat frozen baby brine shrimp, special powdered baby fish food made by hikari (found at most petstores) and finely powdered fish flakes.

Best wishes!
I hope this helps!
