Question
in my freshwater aquarium, there are many shells born and they
have live snails in them. is it ok to these shells because i
dont want to throw them out, they will die. i just want to
know if they donot hurt anything in the tank.

Answer
Hi Rosy Malik,
They will not hurt anything in the tank, but they grow and multiply VERY fast.  Many hobbyist consider them pests and remove them.  They are just unsightly to most but do not cause any harm to your tank.  They are actually beneficial because they break down the excess food, waste, and dead leaves if you have live plants.
