Aquarium Scratches

Question
So I spend a ton of time and money to get this great tank setup and now I've noticed there are several small scratches on the front glass inside of the tank... I'm guessing I must have done it when installing the 100lbs of lava rock. I really dont want to have to spin the tank around and try checking the back glass (would have to drain tank and re-cycle, not to mention re-set all the rock). My question is..Is there any way to remove small suface scratches from the inside of an aquarium???

It looks like it can be fixed if the scratches aren't too deep. I personally have never tried this....
