Plant cleaning?

Question
I had some dwarf aquatic frogs die in my classroom recently.  It was likely due to some sort of shock (though I did age and treat my water).  I just don't know.  I had some live plants in the tank/bowl that came with the frogs (as a kit) and want to use them again.  This time around I've invested in a small aquarium with filter, etc. and plan to cycle it before adding the frogs.  Do I need to do anything with them (the plants) - just in case it was some sort of sickness that killed the frogs?

Answer
Hello, before adding the frogs, you could add antibiotics to it. There are some antibiotics that they sell, that protect against certain diseases, etc. Your dwarf frogs could have died from something being added to the tank, you didn't know of. But keep treating the water, and these frogs should do well.
