My goldfish looks like hes dying. HELP!!!

This afternoon, he had a bloddy spot on his back fin and his back. At 9:30 tonight, he started to lay against the rocks and now he won't get up. I put some food in the tank, but we won't get up. He just keeps wiggling to try and get the food. Please respond by tomorrow. I want a goldfish. ALIVE!!!

Red spots is generally going to be an internal bacterial infection.  The best way to treat that is with a medicated food, but since he's not eating, the next best thing would be an antibiotic in the water.  Maracyn Two or Maracyn Plus may be able to help.  

Also be sure to keep his water quality good by doing frequent water changes.  Some antibiotics will destroy the beneficial bacteria in the tank, so you'll need to monitor the ammonia and nitrite levels closely for awhile.
