tailed white creature on my gold fish

Hey bob! today i found my goldfishes and shubangys are attached with some white tailed creature.when its removed they are alive they move their tail.Swims on the base of the tank.Itneed some medication to get rid of it.Pls help me!!!!

Does the white tailed creature look like this on the photo?

If so, that's an anchor worm, and your best bet is to remove them manually with some tweezers.  And use one of the treatments they recommend on that link for the tank.  Keep an eye on the fish afterwards for a secondary bacterial or fungal infection where the parasite was attached on the fish.
