white tailed creature

Hey chip! today i found my goldfishes and shubangys are attached with some white tailed creature.when its removed they are alive they move their tail.Swims on the base of the tank.Itneed some medication to get rid of it.Pls help me!!!!

Hi Afrah, it sounds like you have some kind of mite in your tank. My suggestion would be add some kind of mite or ick remover that you can buy at your pet store it does not matter which kind. Then when you get your mite removed add a little aquarium salt to your tank to keep them from coming back.
