Fantail sick

I have had my fantil around 2 years now about 3 weeks ago he/she had a cotton like fungus on his back i treated the water with gold fish treatment since then he/she been laying on the floor alot and he/she's appitite is getting worse and now his/her scales are sicking out and he/she doesn't want to eat. What can i do?

Is the fungus still there or has it cleared up? If not, try a different kind of fungus treatment. If it is, try some antibacteria medicated fish food and try to get the fish to eat it because that should clear it up as it is an internal infection. If the fish refuses the food, I have a more aggressive water treatment
