can fish get pimples?

I a parrot fish and it looks as if he has a large pimple on his right side of his nose. Can fish get pimples?

No, it's most likely some kind of infection, either bacterial, parasite, or viral.  Can you describe it a bit?  Color, shape, size, how long it's been there, is it getting larger, does the fish have any other symptoms like not eating, acting lethargic, etc.  Any extra info would help a bunch.
