Peacock Eel vacation

I found an article on this site about how to feed your peacock eel over a vacation, but it says that peacock eels will eat anacharis plants. Is this true? Also, if you could suggest an easy way to feed my eel that would be great. Thanks, Briggs

the eel may nibble on the plant but will not
"chow them down".
You could use a vacation block feeder or better a automatic feeder.
Having a friend come over and check and feed is an option as well.
For short times a few days, all things equal the fish will survive with no problem left to their own devices.
