refilling tank every week or 2

Question
I have a 46 gal tank. Does the water have to be dechlorinized before adding or can I add all the water with the faucet hose then add the dechlorinizing drops? It is SO HARD for me to add a 5 gallon bucket of treated water to the tank. I can't do it, and have to depend on someone else to help me that is not always available. Thanks so much. There has to be an EASIER way to gets this done.

I use an automatic water changer. Once 25% of the water is drained from the tank, I add the water conditioner to the tank. This way it conditions the water as I fill the tank. Then when the tank is full, I add a few more drops to the tank just to be on the safe side.

With as many tanks as I have, it would take me all weekend to change the water using buckets :( And I can't lift a 5 gallon bucket that many times either :-O
