Fish fin growth

Hey, I had a danio that ate part of my Beta's fins and my Beta looks awful. I got rid of the danio because he also ate part of my other danio's fins. So, is there any way to get my beta to grow back his fins?

The most important you can do, is to keep the water quality in great shape.  This will help prevent bacterial or fungal problems from arising, which both are common in fin/tail injuries.  It also wouldn't hurt to add some MelaFix and/or some PimaFix.  Both are herbal remedies that work good for minor stuff like that, are safe to use together and with other meds, and won't disrupt anything in the tank.  
The fins should grow back, but if they were severely damaged, they may not grow back to what they were before.
