fry balloon molly

my brother gave me a balloon molly for my birthday and it gave birth but some were dead when they came out and some had red dots on there bellies some r still alive but the red dots r still there what do i do

Stillborns can be common with livebearing fish. It sometimes happens on occasion but stress and care can affect the health of the babies. I'm not sure what the dots are. It probably isn't anything bad. Just keep a close eye on it.
