fish compatability

Question
I have a 60 gallon aquarium. It has 3 one inch silver dollars. I have a black ghost knife in another large tank who will go into it. I'm also planning to put a jeweled pike cichlid and a rope fish but the people from an online breeder I called said the silver dollars and rope fish will kill the black ghost while 2 local pet stores said the black ghost will have a higher chance of killing them but shoudn't. What do you think?

I would have to agree with the breeders. Unfortunately, a lot of pet stores that sell fish, really do not have a clue about the fish and who can go with who. Both the silver dollar and the rope, will most likely attack your black ghost. It is best to research any fish you want to add to make sure they are compatible.
