Types of decorations for Beta fish

I was wondering what type of tank decorations you recommend for Beta fish. I just purchased a 10 gallon tank and have bought a couple of small formations made of plastic and wanted to put some plants in. However, my wife is concerned the Beta may damage himself on the rocks and wanted to know if they are ok and what type of plants would be ok. Thanks for your time....

Hi, this should not be a really big problem for you guys to worry about, i recomend plants wich do not have any sharp tips on them, otherwise all the rest should be fine.Although the best thing for you and your fish would be to get real live plants and not fake ones, reall one are much more  beautiful and help ballace the water condition. The best part is that they are not sharp at all and are very inexpenseve, you may buy real plants at any local pet store.THANKS!
