Are there any tips that you can offer to insure that my Brilliant Jewels Babies are all right, i.e. feeding, housing, heat, tank maintenance.

Hi Stephen,
 Feed them frozen baby brine shrimp.  The temp should be around 80oF.  Jewels typically make good parents so let them
do their thing.
