My fantail goldfish

Question
I currently have a orange and white fantail goldfish in a tank with 5 other goldfish (1 other fantail - white and 4 other common gold fish).  I have recently noticed that the orange and white fantail is being chased by 1 of the other larger common goldfish.  Looking at the fantail he looked as if his tail has been nibbled.  He is always on the other side of the tank by himself and does not interact with the other.  This fish often stays still for long periods hiding and now I have noticed that he has white pearly spots all over his body, fins and tails.  The fish is still eating though.

I have carried and NO2 test on the tank and this tested fine, the other fish are also OK  My tank has a filter and a dual air pump.  The tank holds approx 90 liters (UK).

Please could you advise me on what could be going on.  If I require treatment for the fish could you recommend the treatment necessary and also decribe exactly how to treat the fish.

I look forward to your response.

Thanks

Answer
Hi Scott,
This doesn't sound like a disease issue it sounds like the other four fish are picking on the one fish and will likely kill it if you do not remove it.
