Hi Ron...

I've been looking through info on Ich and can't find what I need to know anywhere.  My question is: Are there any signs that the treatment for Ich is working?  In what way does the fishes appearance change, if any?  How will I know if/when I can stop treatment?

Hi Jennifer,
 There are no obvious signs that the treatment is working.  Many people make the mistake of seeing a few of the white dots going away and stopping treatment. That is a big mistake. You need to treat for a full 7 days (the approximate life cycle time of the ick parasite) otherwise they will come back stronger than ever.
