Question
I have to ask these questions in parts as it is o long the email stops sending mail! I have this fish I was tallking about spitting up food after a week, in a tank alone. He aslo was treated with lots of water changes in the last month between meds with Binox . I used the parasite guard once, seemed to help him, but I had to clean it out to use tank buddies fungus eliminator as I call everyone they tell me to do something different I am trying everything, Why wont he eat? Thanks so much, CAthy

Answer
Hi Cathy,
It is not unusual for a fish to spit up new food, i.e., if you just got the fish a week ago it often takes several weeks for a fish to fully accept a new food.  In the meantime, the fish will often take some food into its mouth, taste it, and spit it out.

I am unclear about what you are treating your tank with and why?   Be very cautious with medications, they often cause more problems than they solve.
