fishy problems

okay heres the deal my sister is having a real problem. she recently bought a fish tank. its a 55 gallon tank and we cleaned it before we put the water treatment stuff in the water after we set up. we have a couple gold fish and an izellie i think thats how you spell it. and a koi fish. well any way we had about 14 fish in the start but now were about downto 6 and all the fish have died in amatter of days i think its a bacteria in the water or something. also a couple of the fish had ick and i was just wondering if that might have somthing to do with it well any way we checked the ph and stuff like that and the fish still died after we treated the tank. my sis is taking it rough so could you please reply sometime tonight cause the other ones are lookin to go some time soon if we dont fix this so if you know anything please collaborate with me soon. save our fish please.

Hi Zach.  I was just wondering how things were going?  When you get a chance, can you drop me a line and let me know what's going on and how you made out?  I'd appreciate it.  I felt bad for you guys and was really hoping things would work out.
