How long does it take for baby guppies to be about as big as a adult guppies?

Maturity rates vary depending on genetics, space provided, diet, care, water quality, etc. Baby guppies become sexually mature at about 4 months and grow to adult size anywhere from 6 months to a year old. They will fill out, get more color, and grow longer tails as they age. Lots of water changes (twice a week), plenty of room and a good well balanced diet will help them grow faster and be healthy.
