injured betta fish

What do I do when the male betta fish got injured by the female?When the female is pregnant.If the male died who will help the female?

Hi Jimmyram,
  It is most unlikely that the male got injured by the female.  Male bettas have long fins.  Female bettas have very short fins.  It is much more likely that the male injured the female.

 Female bettas do not get pregnant.  They lay eggs in a bubble nest built by a male.
