red spots?!

i have a 65litre tank.i first brought a comet and have had it for a around 12wks and she seemed lonely so added two more fish.the next day i noticed that all 3 fish had white spots covered all over them.i have changed 50% of the water and started to treat them with white spot treatment today and they seem to be more active.one of the fish also has red spots over it and don't know what it is.are my fish going to be ok or do i need to expect the worse?

Well done for giving them treatment.  The red spots maybe the colouring of the fish as i cant't see it myself.  If you are worried, seperate them and put the fish with red spots in another tank and see how it goes from there.

If she starts to improve them put her back in with the other two.
