Hi there, I have a blue "guami" who's body seems to b in a stiff "S" shape. He'll straiten out to swim but he's done this off and on all day. Any thoughts? thankyou for your time.

Hi Tammy,
Do you mean a blue gourami?   If so, bending into an S shape can be part of the normal behavior of gouramis, particularly if there is a female around. Is that the case?

Sadly, it could also indicate some serious health problem. The two behaviors look very similar.
