HELP MY FISH

I HAVE a large tank with 7 gold fish iv had  them 1  year 1 of them died last week and i have another 1 that has been either floating upside down at surface of tank or sinking to bottom its still breathing and every so often its moves then stops what is wrong with it and how can  i help it

Hi Claire, have you noticed any physical abnormalities with your goldfish such as a distended stomach, red gills, etc. Your goldfish could be suffering from an infection, virus or unstable water chemistry. Do you check the ammonia, ph nitrite nitrate hardness levels lately or regularly. How often do you clean your aquarium. All of these factors can and do play a vital role in the health of your aquarium and the fish that live in it. Let me know so I can help you more. Good luck
