Betta fish (please answer right away)

I have one female betta fish in a 2.5g tank with a filter and heater and some live plants. Now my female betta is not moving at all unless i poke her with my finger. She also eat less and less. What is wrong with her? What should i do?

Does she seem bloated at all? Do you do weekly water changes and what are you feeding her? Sorry I cannot answer very well with no information. Give ma as much details as you can so that I can help you better. I would get rid of the filter, and the heater most likely is not set at 82 degrees. As soon as you get back to me with more information the sooner I can help you with your fish.
