Hi Renee, I have had my goldfish in his own aquarium with the salt for 48 hours now, but I have seen little to no improvment with his eyes. Is there anything else I can do?

Bailey, how much salt was added to his new aquarium?  What degree is it being kept at?  I would like to advise 3 teaspoons per gallon in that aquarium, thoroughly dissolved.  Popeye won't live through that.  It's a bacterial infection.

Salt, of course, is very combative of bacteria.

I would like you to grind up one clove of garlic, and add that if you already have 3 teaspoons of marine salt per gallon (or rock salt).
