orange parrot fish

my parrot fish is in a tank on her own but keeps turning a  
white colour is there some thing wrong with her

 Since you didn't mention if the fish is ill I will assume it is ok other than the color change. As you might know, these are hybrid fish. One of the fish bred to get them is a red devil. That fish is known to change colors as it matures and is usually ok. If the fish is ill as well let me know but otherwise its normal form them to change colors.
