Red-bellied Piranha

Question
I have a young red-bellied Piranha.  She (?) has always been alone and is probably a year old.  I am a teacher and took her after the school year from a Biology teacher so I am vague on some details.  My questions is simple - how many feeder fish should she be eating and how often?
