Fish tank bubbles

Question
I bought a small, 3.5 liter tank for a couple common goldfish two days ago. Nothing fancy. It has an aerator with an air rock at the end. This seems to be producing a layer of bubbles at the top. Does this mean something is wrong with my tank? How can I get rid of the bubbles? Sometimes the bubbles even start coming out of the little finger whole on the lid. Is this a problem?

Answer
Hi Ryan

Looks ok to me , but what about your fishes , are they ok , happy , swimming actively , or do you notice any weakness , losing activity will till you if there is stress on them , swimming near the surface will till that there is something wrong about the water , check that every day , do not overfeed them , stop the aeration while feeding , partial water change every 48 hours will keep them ok .
