Bubbles on the outside of their eyes !!

Our Black Moors have developed these big bubbles protuding on the outside of their eyes, never saw this before,At Pet Smart they recommened to put this T.C. TETACYCLINE in the tank and follow the instructions, and it has turned the water an orange color. we still have 2 treatments to go, acording to instructions, but eyes are still popped why out. I hope you can help us, we are very concerned.

Hi Leona,
 As it says in my profile, I am not an expert on goldfish so I cannot say for sure.  I recommend you continue with the full treatment.  These drugs take time to have an effect and you have to do the full course of treatment otherwise you can easily cause more problems than you fix.
